Surprise! Radical Obama Nominates Radical Sonia Sotomayer to Supreme Court

As much as I hate to insult garbage (since it can't help what it is, after all) this "Judge Somodmizer" is nothing more than human garbage.

Anyone who deliberately denies or takes liberty or property from others without just cause is a tyrant.

Plain and simple.

And we all know what tyrants deserve....

She has voted against gun rights, saying that the Second Amendment does not secure an individual right and that it does not apply to the States.

She has voted against using a cost-benefit analysis when considering environmental regulation (read that as an unjust taking of property and liberty).

She has voted to throw out a test used to determine which firefighters should receive promotions, simply because no black firefighters taking the test were able to pass it.

Americans should not be hyphenated or segregated and they should not be classified when it comes to rights, privileges, or immunities.

After all, look at one portion of section 1 of the 14th Amendment of the Constitution:

"No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws."

Isn't this the law of the land?

No, sorry... Sotomayer is one of those radical liberals who believes that the Constitution is a "living" document whose interpretation must change with the times, and that one must take into account "feelings" and "life experience" when ruling from the bench.

This is of course in sharp contrast to what the Framers intended, which was acting as an “umpire calling balls and strikes” as Justice Roberts so aptly put it.

Feelings should follow facts, not the other way 'round.

Call your Senators today and tell them you want the Constitution respected, not rejected.

Tell them to vote “NO” on Sotomayer!

Solution to RFID Chips in Currency? Rolling Mills!





























Depending on their configuration, hand-cranked rolling mills are used to grind grain and to create foil out of metal, among other uses.

I think these handy devices would be perfect to destroy RFID chips that may be implanted in our currency at some point in the future.

Standard U.S. currency is about 67mm wide with a thickness of just under .11mm, so this particular mill's 76mm side rollers will be plenty wide enough, even if you have to (or want to) insert several bills at once.

You may even want to get creative by inserting such fiat bills between sheets of sandpaper for extra crushing force if your mill of choice won't accept such thin (or thinly veiled) inputs as Federal Reserve notes.

I'm not necessarily recommending
this brand or model, but it is certainly one good example of a hand-operated mill that should very effectively crush any unwanted items which have been inserted into your folding "money".

And while you're at it, why not have some fun using it to crush grain for your future survival? Or making gold foil and gold leaf with a small part of your gold supply?

Your gold supply...

You know, your hedge against the inevitable future inflation and currency devaluation that is sure to follow Obama's so-called "stimulus" act.


"Hey, Wall Street, don't panic! I mean I'm only crushing your HEADS! Crush you!"

On Friday May 15th
on the the Glenn Beck TV show on the Fox News channel, the focus will be on guns, but more specifically on bills pending in several States which reassert State rights in the face of Federal gun laws.

The entire show will be devoted to this critical issue.

This huge challenge to the massive overreaching of the Federal government under the color of the interstate commerce clause of the Constitution could shake the Republic back to its foundations.

Dare I say this could be that monumental?
Absolutely.



And yes, there may be holes in this law in Montana. But if nothing else, it is a damned fine start.

If the worst is true - that we may need a Constitutional amendment to clarify the interstate commerce clause and nullify its violations - then it won't take place before 2011 at the earliest...

So let's get ready to throw the rascals bastards out in 2010.



But, in the thirty-plus years I've been interested and involved in political issues, this development gives me the most hope ever that we may possibly return to Constitutionality.

I get a cold chill as I watch these videos, and my heart dares to fill with hope that the words of Benjamin Franklin can again ring true.

When asked at the close of the 1787 Constitutional Convention what form of government had been bestowed on America, Franklin replied, "
A republic if you can keep it".

Indeed.

Drilling in ANWR: How wide an impact? The truth is right here...

As oil prices begin to creep back up, here's an issue worth revisiting.

The Arctic National Wildlife Refuge (ANWR) consists of about 20 million acres.

The area in which advocates want to drill for oil is about 2,000 acres.

The drawing below shows the relative proportion of these numbers.

For you shooters, that would be like a 7.62mm / .30-caliber hole in a 30" round shotgun patterning target.

I say, "Drill here. Drill now!"

The headline seems almost too crazy to believe:
