On Friday May 15th on the the Glenn Beck TV show on the Fox News channel, the focus will be on guns, but more specifically on bills pending in several States which reassert State rights in the face of Federal gun laws.
The entire show will be devoted to this critical issue.
This huge challenge to the massive overreaching of the Federal government under the color of the interstate commerce clause of the Constitution could shake the Republic back to its foundations.
Dare I say this could be that monumental? Absolutely.
And yes, there may be holes in this law in Montana. But if nothing else, it is a damned fine start.
If the worst is true - that we may need a Constitutional amendment to clarify the interstate commerce clause and nullify its violations - then it won't take place before 2011 at the earliest...
