"Where's the Birth Certificate?" Billboards

Donations are being accepted to defray the costs of a national billboard campaign with the simple message: "Where's the birth certificate?"

The first sign to be posted under the week-old campaign, a digital one, is up on Highway 165 in Ball, La. – the result of a donation by the owner.

Ball, Lousiana... that sounds familiar....

Oh yeah! That's where a guy with a "Don't Tread on Me" bumper sticker got detained by the local police as a terrorist suspect...
